So how does the Mustang win? its not that much lighter! they were 0-120 both with out T/C on then 0-120 charger had T/C on and the Mustang still won…then 40-120 and once again Mustang won…my uncle was pissed that he lost to my bf in his $52,000 Charger when all my BF had was a $4,000 Mustang that he built himself…
HAHAHA thats funny…and as for the tires coming off the ground that is a no, he wasn’t able to launch very hard cause of the bald tires…

A: That’s hard but I have my Ideas…
1. The Mustang is geared so that it takes off like a bat out of hell but can’t hit the high speeds…
2. All the computers in new cars wont let all the power come out in the low speeds so it may put out 509 but only 450 of it might hit the tires under 60mph and the Stang is to far ahead to catch up…
3. The Mustang did a clutch dump (revved up before putting it in gear) and got a better launch…
Did you get this on video cause that would be amazing!?! Did the Mustangs front tires come off the ground at all?

A: Those are two very different cars. Where does your heart tell you to go? Cars are often an extension of our personalities. I’m of course a little biased toward the Mustang!

Q: 2011 Mustang vs. 2010 Charger?
Well I want a new car, I’m thinking about the 2011 Mustang GT or the 2010 Dodge Charger SRT8. The GT has the new 5.0 DOHC V8 that puts out like 416 hp and the SRT8 has a 425 hp 6.1L SOHC HEMI. The GT is a little better gas mileage than the Charger but not my a whole lot. The GT is supposedly faster than the Charger only because of its weight advantage. I like the Charger because it is a 4 door Sedan on steroids but I like the mustang because its like $6000 cheaper depending on options.

So basically the mustang is a light weight, faster and cheaper, but the charger is more comfortable, its family and street ready. and just looks and sounds awesome. So which one would you choose????

I am a die-hard Mustang lover. I’ve noticed over the past few years that the Dodge Charger & Ford Mustang body look very similar. I’m wondering which vehicle/manufacturer was the first to develop that look. In other words, who’s the copy cat? I don’t know how to start my search for it – so help please? A: Do you mean the new Dodge Challenger? The newest Dodge Charger is a 4-door mid-size that looks nothing like the Mustang. The Ford Mustang was introduced in 1964 and the Challenger wasn’t made until 1970. Neither Ford or Dodge were copy cats. They both developed their own unique designs over the years.

Mustang or Charger? Mustang or Charger? That’s a tough one.
Both RT and GT models have more then enough power. Both models include luxury, high technological advancements, and most importantly high performance power!!
It all comes down to your personal preference; if you have a family then you’re better off with the Charger for obvious reasons, if you’re single and in your 20’s and want to look cool, then get the Mustang GT (O yeah, you can still look cool in a Charger Daytona RT, just cooler in a Mustang); it all depends on the image you want to adopt.
The Dodge Charger has more of that bad-ass / kick-ass look, the Mustang has the appearance of a true sports car, something that the Charger RT doesn’t. What type of look do you prefer?
I have driven both, and from my experience the Charger RT has more of a smoother ride, and has an excellent suspension system; you can’t even feel the bad roads. The Mustang GT however has faster acceleration (not by much, but slightly faster). The Charger RT on the other hand can reach a higher top speed (about 261 kilometers per hour).
So enough with the BLAH BLAH BLAH, go to the dealer, take one out for a test drive, and see which one you will fall in love with first. That’s right; get of your computer right now, and check out the dealer.

CONS & PROS.

A: These are 2 different class of cars. Charger is a 4 door sedan that is much more comfortable, has larger interior, more space, much lower insurance rate. Both are rear wheel drives. Keep in mind, there are different trim levels of each vehicle, you can get HEMI engine Charger which is very fast. Similarly, you can get a Mustang GT (or whatever top trim level they have). If it was my choice, I’d go with Charger. One more thing, if you’re planning to keep the car for a while, you might consider getting Charger since Chrysler has unlimited engine and powertrain warranty as long as you own the car, unlike 3yr/36,000 miles that Ford offers.

A: 1969 Charger, hands down

why? Because I am a Mopar guy.

But also because I have seen enough 67-9 Camaros and 65-69 Mustangs to last me three lifetimes. They are undeniably icons of the muscle car era, but damn. I see one of each every day. Know how often I see a clean Charger? Well, how often do YOU see one? The Charger will always be the more attention-grabbing car, just because you dont see them as often.

Plus, a 69 Charger, 440 Magum, 4 speed is just a f*kin monster

A: Always a Mustang!! The only problem with them is if you live somewhere where it snows or ices a lot in the winter…They SUCK in snow! And they dont have a very big back seat But other than than I would definitely go with the Mustang
